The Barrow County Farmers Market is committed to fostering a respectful, professional, and community-driven environment. All vendors, staff, and customers are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure a positive experience for everyone:

1. Respectful Behavior
- All vendors, market staff, and customers shall treat each other with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
- Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.
- Vendors are expected to communicate concerns or conflicts in a constructive and professional manner. Any disputes should be reported to the market manager for resolution.

2. Compliance with Market Bylaws
- Vendors must comply with all market bylaws, rules, and regulations as set forth by the Barrow County Farmers Market.
- Any violation of market bylaws may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from the market at the discretion of market management.

3. Cleanliness and Setup/Breakdown Policies
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized booth space throughout the market.
- Setup must be completed prior to the official market opening time, and all vendor booths must remain open for the entire duration of the market. All cars must be removed from the market space prior to the market start time.
- Vendors must remove all trash, leftover products, and personal items from their booth space before leaving.
- Any spills or waste generated must be cleaned up immediately to maintain a safe and sanitary market environment.

4. Product Authenticity and Prohibition on Reselling Mass-Produced Goods
- All products sold at the market must be made, grown, or produced by the vendor’s own business.
- The resale of mass-produced, commercially manufactured, or wholesale items is strictly prohibited.
- Vendors found selling products that do not align with the market’s authenticity standards may be subject to removal from the market.

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent expulsion from the Barrow County Farmers Market. Thank you for contributing to a vibrant, community-focused market.
