2022 Vendor Application

Full Season Vendor ($300)
Full season vendors have access to all markets and festivals in 2022 season. Payment is due March 12 by cash, check, or money order. Electronic payments are available online for $305.00. Full season vendors are expected to be at every market (with an absence no greater than 10% of total season). Full season members will have voting rights in the market association after completing one year as a vendor.
Half Season Vendor ($250)
Half season vendors have access to half of all markets in the 2022 season. Payment is due March 12 by cash, check, or money order. Electronic payments are available for $255.00. Please select date preferences for April, May, June below. Half Season vendors may attend festivals for an
additional fee of $25.00 per festival. Half season members will have voting rights in the market association after completing one year as a vendor.
Occasional Vendor ($100)
Occasional vendors may participate in 4 markets. Payment is due March 12 by cash, check, or money order. Electronic payments are available for $105.00. Efforts will be made to accommodate requested dates, but attendance will be based on the market’s need for items sold and to maintain category percentages of products. Attendance after the 4 markets may be
available for $25.00 per week. Occasional vendors may attend festivals for an additional fee of $75.00 per festival. Occasional vendors do not have voting rights in the market association.
Certifications
All required licenses, permits, or certificates for your business and that allow you to sell these products at the Farmers Market must be INCLUDED WITH YOUR APPLICATION. Voluntary certifications should also be included. It is your responsibility to obtain the correct documentation and provide signage of such at the market.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for submitting required licenses before my application will be considered.
Release of Liability Clause:
In consideration of participation in Barrow County Farmers Market, I/we hereby release and hold harmless Barrow County Farmers Market, Barrow County, and officials connected to the Farmers Market, from and against all loss, liability, claims, demands, costs, damages caused or alleged, or other expenses, including attorney’s fees.
I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Release of Liability Clause.
I understand the Barrow County Farmers Market manager is able to come out and inspect my farm/or business at any point before/during the season.
Local Food Guide, Vendor page BCFM web
This information will be used for your Vendor Page on the farmers market website and will also be used to create your information for the local food guide. The Local Food Guide is a resource for discovering local food and farms throughout Barrow County and the surrounding area.
