2025 Vendor Application

($30 non-refundable application fee)

Applications are accepted from January 10th - February 10th. The Barrow County Farmers Market is a highly competitive market. Acceptance into the BCFM is not guaranteed. Please include as much detail as possible in your application to assist the board in the selection process. Applications that do not include the required licenses will not be considered. All products for sale must be grown or made by the vendor selling them. We do not allow reselling. All artists and craftspeople working with recognizable materials must significantly alter the object in a unique way.

Vendor Options: (all vendor fees are due by April 1st, 2025)

  • Full Season Vendor ($350): Full season vendors have access to all markets and festivals in the 2025 season. Full season vendors are expected to miss no more than 10% of available dates. Full season vendors will have voting rights in the market association after completing one year as a vendor. (32 markets; 2 festivals)

  • Half Season Vendor ($250): Half season vendors have access to half of all markets in the 2025 season. Half season vendors may attend festivals for an additional fee of $50 per festival. Festivals do not count toward season total. Half season members will have voting rights in the market association after completing one year as a vendor. (16 markets)

  • Pop-Up Vendor ($25/market): Pop-up vendors are any vendor attending less than a half season of regular markets (less than 16 markets)

  • Spring Festival/Fall Festival ($75/market)

If the products that you wish to sell requires a certificate or license- such as cottage food license, live plant license, egg candling license, mobile meat license, offsite catering license, this information must be INCLUDED WITH YOUR APPLICATION, or it will not be reviewed. Voluntary certifications should also be included (certified farm, certified natural, organic license). It is your responsibility to obtain the correct documentation and provide signage of such at the market. Sign below that you have read and agree with these requirements.

Release of Liability Clause:

●    In consideration of participation in Barrow County Farmers Market, I/we hereby release and hold harmless Barrow County Farmers Market, Barrow County, and officials connected to the Farmers Market, from and against all loss, liability, claims, demands, costs, damages caused or alleged, or other expenses, including attorney’s fees.

I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Release of Liability Clause.

I understand the Barrow County Farmers Market manager can come out and inspect my business at any point before/during the Festival at the Market.

I acknowledge that I/we have read and understand the Barrow County Farmers Market Rules of Operation and Guidelines and agree to abide by those policies.
